This course is designed for the management of more complex projects within an organisation. The course is designed for you to navigate through the more complicated phases in a project and assist you on the critical path if any delays occur.
Project will allow control and further monitoring of information. In addition, complex reports will be covered. Macros are also included which will save you a lot of time.
